“Dr. Halbert is Vice President of Talent Acquisition and a Senior Advisor to Evan Spiegel, CEO and Co-Founder of Snapchat. He previously served as the Director of Special Projects Division at Snapchat where he spearheaded the international expansion into Europe focusing on market atmospherics, talent identification/assessment and the selection of Snapchat’s first UK team. Halbert is also subject matter expert in the areas of human behavior, influence, elicitation, and performance. Prior to joining Snapchat, Dr. Halbert consulted large capital corporations during crisis events and legal proceedings.
Before entering the private sector, Dr. Halbert spent 8 years operating as a military officer in the United States Army Special Forces Command where he deployed 5 times in the Global War on Terror. Halbert holds three graduate degrees in clinical and applied psychology.”
