Michael Thomas is a management Employment Attorney in the San Francisco with over 15 years of experience. He also holds a yoga instructor certification from the Niroga Institute and has been trained as a restorative justice facilitator through the Insight Prison Project. He has worked with at risk youth and with incarcerated men applying yoga, meditation and mindfulness to address stress and trauma.
