Cat is product obsessed, a design wizard, and an experience-advocate. One of those experiences includes creating and maintaining physical and virtual visibility for underrepresented communities in tech, an ongoing passion project. As a queer woman of color, she leads up Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at HealthSherpa alongside her day-to-day role as CPO and co-founder. In the recent past, Cat won million dollar hackathons, worked to create blogs showcasing lesbians in San Francisco, and focused energy on collaborating with other like-minded underrepresented tech folks. When she is not working you can find her in the kitchen cooking a mean Puerto Rican pork shoulder or out in nature with her wife, two dogs, and her camera.
