Kira Hernandez is the Director of Community Partnerships at Hack Reactor. In two and a half years on the Hack Reactor team and in the bootcamp space, she has heavily influenced the growth of corporate hiring partnerships, helping hiring managers restructure how they perceive and assess bootcamp graduates. She actively supports a more inclusive and diverse tech workforce, and has recently shifted her efforts toward spearheading community-based partnerships and initiatives to bring coding education to underserved and underrepresented communities in the Bay Area and beyond.
